I work out on a regular basis...this bra just does not cut it. Underneath breasts material begains to stretch out, no support, and a uniboob appearance/no separation of breasts. Spend a couple extra bucks and buy the Panache 5021/maximum contol ultimate. I am a 34-GG and I can run, plyo, lift/ without bouncing around..this bra is a god send. I don't understand how this bra got 4 out of 5, sux if you know a good bra.
No, I do not recommend this product.

If I needed a 40 H in a US size (Wacoal) would 40 FF be the correct size in this bra? I am in the 38G Wacoal sports bra now and expect to need a larger size due to pregnancy.
I am a 34GG in Panche...all brands. Ordered this bra in a 34GG and was fine. Order this bra in you normal size you would order (forexample) I ordered a 34GG and bra came in 34 but cup fits DD-H. So order a 40 H...would recommend ordering a 38 H because it is a awsome bra and if it stretches a bit from working out...
