Do You Need to Wear A Bra With This? Bust Coverage and Sizing?

I am looking for a nice Cami-Bra? Does this have a built in bra and adjustable straps and back closure? Doers it provide good bra support in the sides and under arms? Will this provide good bra shape and coverage or does it flatten the breast area?

I need moderate torso coverage but need good bra support. What size would I need? I wear a 30-40C? And a Large unless it is too tight? If you know of any other brands or style that come by the bra size, I would appreciate this information. I have found the Cami-Bra that comes in the Bra Size to be a better fit as a good support bra but I like the moderate support for my back as I have back problems and the support does help.

I look forward to your comments, and recommendations. I need a 38 - 40 C/D in Black.
