Do the cups inside separate substantially?

I find separation really uncomfortable and mostly want to know if this bra has anything physically pushing them apart.

How far up does the wire go?

I cannot stand having wire between my breasts rather than below them. A little bit is not a big deal, but if there is wire in the middle physically pushing them apart anywhere near all the way up, I am not interested.
