Will these be big enough to fit over a 50DD breast (US)?

Also, I live in South East Florida, so I worry about the breathability of the inserts.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The background to this is that I've had a lumpectomy that has left my right breast noticeably smaller than my left breast.
