When you are a little larger it is hard to find a sports bra that fits and supports. This one actually is supportive though it seems a little larger than my regular bra that is the same size. The feature that I love the most is the COOLMAX lining. I try to work out daily and the lining has saved me from the dreaded boob sweat! So no chaffing and no soaking the front of my shirt.
Yes, I recommend this product.

would this be a good bra for everyday wear?
This bra can be used for everyday use if you aren't wearing anything remotely low cut. I have a hard time wearing tank tops and v-necks with it, but anything else seems okay.
