Can you tell me the length of the panty?

My daughter has a long torso. She loves the boy short panty but they are always low rise. Even the ones claiming to be higher, we end up taking back. She needs at least a 10 length. Also, we aren't really looking for shaping so when it says "light control" does that mean not much control?
