This is the best sports bra I have tried so far. I wanted it to bend over and do gardening without having to readjust all of the time or "horror or horrors", spill out the top. I am and have always been large busted (40DD but bought this in a 40E) and have tried many 'sports bras' over the years. They tend to flatten, be too hot, or seem like some kind of straight jacket. Not this one. It moves when I do. It wicks moisture and the straps stay put. My only complaint with regard to the straps is that I can't criss-cross them in the back because they are not long enough for that. I like the little bit of padding for modesty and I have actually tried it under my work clothes on recent hot days and it has performed very well. I have only washed it twice since I got it but it seems to be holding up quite well. I re-ordered two more on a recent sale because I was so impressed. Yes, it is a tad expensive but on sale it wasn't too bad and it appears to be well worth it. I highly recommend for other large busted women.
Yes, I recommend this product.

What percentage of this bra is cotton?

I am allergic to polyester and need bras that are very high in cotton content.
The only one I didn't wash yet because it was on reserve says the main body is 80% cotton but it does mention that lace (though I don't see any is also 80% polyester). I wear a lot of cotton and prefer it too and I would have to say that it is more than likely predominately cotton judging by it's comfort and moisture wicking abilities. I also majored in Textile Design in college so I think I am a fairly good judge of the fiber content. I am trying not to steer you wrong.
