I had to try several since I have a large cup size and small band size. I plan to wear this under my wedding gown and needed something supportive. I had to try a few sizes. I normally wear Primma Donna 36H, but for this style of bra I had to get a 42DD so it took a lot of try on and returns, but once i found the right one it really is an excellent bra with great support.

If i wear a 36J underwire bra, can i fit a 36FF convertable or longline underwire
Not sure if this will help but I usually wear a 36H and had to get a 44DD in this Goddess bra. The band runs small and the cups huge. I would def go up a band size or two.
